This Warrego interior design project on the Sunshine Coast was conceived with future resale in mind, balancing timeless appeal with trend-forward detailing. The brief called for bold design, layered textures and architectural statement moments — delivered through thoughtful space planning and curated material selections.

Soaring 3.2-metre ceilings amplify the living space, while a sculptural staircase and sweeping curved walls wrapped in Porta timber cladding introduce depth and movement. A Mediterranean-inspired façade, light oak finishes and abundant natural light complete the palette, creating a warm yet expansive home that feels both inviting and architecturally refined.
